architectural REVIEw process
HOA architectural approval procedures are a crucial part of preserving the visual identity of our community and maintaning the aesthetic standards of a first class neighborhood. The Ridge HOA architectural review board consists of three community persons (one HOA Board Member and two At-Large Members). Their primary job is to review and approve requests to ensure community and architectural continuity and/or enhancement. To begin the process, please go to TownSq and on the left-hand menu choose Requests > Architectural Application. Please allow 30 days for committee review.

-
Your application should illustrate physical changes to your home or LOT. This requires an official plot or survey which should be marked (in colored marker) by location.
-
In some instances, a PLOT plan may not be required for items such as roof replacement, doors, shutters, gutters, etc. If an item is a physical addition or change to your property then a PLOT plan is necessary.
-
IMPORTANT: Please do not begin any changes without ARC Committee approval.
